Dr. Collantes-Jose's impact began when cosmetic science was still emerging in the Philippines. As a Founding Member of the Philippine Society of Cosmetic Surgery (PSCS), she helped establish standards and practices that allowed Filipinos to redefine beauty. Her leadership extended further as the Founding President of the Philippine Society of Liposuction Surgery, Inc. (PSLSI) and the Asian Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (APACS). With a background in ENT/head and neck surgery, Dr. Jose’s journey into cosmetic surgery was further enriched by her research at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Her dedication is reflected in her extensive affiliations, including Honorary Full Fellow status with the Philippine Academy of Medical Specialists and the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. Internationally recognized, she holds Honorary Membership in organizations like the Vietnam Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the South American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
